  1. Everyone has their own path to happiness. There are two opposite ways of relating to pleasure. Hedonism and eudaimonism. Hedonists believe that the cause of pleasure is always outside of a person, outside of his consciousness. Eudaimonists believe that the cause of pleasure is in the human mind and is subordinate to the mind. For example, we can imagine a hedonist and a Eudaimonist and send them on a long journey through the desert without water. They got thirsty, saw the oasis, and got drunk. They got a kick out of it. So for a hedonist, the reason for pleasure will be in the water. He will remember this and seek pleasure in the water again and again in the future. And when it turns out that there is water, but you don't want to drink, the hedonist will be disappointed, because he has lost the source of pleasure. He may even want to deliberately torment himself with thirst, just to drink water again with pleasure. For the Eudaimonist, the cause of pleasure will be manifested in his mind. He explains :” When I was thirsty, I felt bad, my mind was uncomfortable, when I got drunk, my mind stopped experiencing discomfort, pleasure arose not because I drank water, but because my mind changed its structure from restless to calm.” Accordingly, for the Eudaimonist, water will be one of the sources of calming the mind ,maintaining a calm life. That is, when he is not thirsty, he will be satisfied and happy. The hedonist is constantly addicted to pleasant things. He depends on them. The Eudaimonist is free from pleasant things. For him, the integrity of the inner world and freedom are important. The hedonist will say, ” Happiness is when I get everything I want.” The Eudaimonist will say, ” Happiness is when I don't need anything but what I have.” Usually, a person combines both hedonist and eudaimonist in different proportions and at different moments of life, and can develop and strengthen one of these ways of thinking if desired.

A person is constantly in need of something. He has needs for maintaining life, health, creative self-realization, and harmonious relationships with other people. That is, a person walks through deserts and oases all his life. Accordingly, when he fulfills these needs, he experiences pleasure. Therefore, life is always filled with pleasure. A happy person knows how to enjoy simple things, find happiness in the daily practice of life, provide himself and others with a comfortable life with useful things, enjoy his freedom from unnecessary unnecessary things and phenomena. I woke up in the morning, nothing hurts-happiness. Anything for breakfast?” Happiness. Anything interesting to do?” Happiness. I met with close people, helped someone, and heard “thank you”. Happiness.

  2. Go to a psychologist and make it work. There's no other way to live. In general, the whole essence of life disappears. It's not for nothing that it's not scary to kill yourself during a depression — there are no incentives to live at all, and nothing holds you back. I was in this state myself. I won't wish it on the enemy.

  3. I agree with the answer above – go to a psychologist. Fortunately, the situation in Russia is slowly changing, and people stop thinking that this is some kind of weakness or whim. And finally, you need to be strong, get out, rag. I am very happy that we are moving away from this trend.

Psychological problems can be solved. But you don't treat a broken leg at home, do you? If you can't handle it – contact a specialist. There are even free centers.

  4. To begin with, I stopped reading the news and became interested in politics, as well as world news. I restricted news content: they killed me there, blew me up here, raped me here, and buried me alive here…. And immediately it got better. Next, I immersed myself in my work. My job is my favorite, a family business. We started expanding. This is my happiness .

  5. The series from Dobin helped me a lot. On YouTube. My version. If the mother treats the child not as a person, but as her own application, as a tool for achieving her goals. Then retenk has emotion turned off and only logic works. And of course no joy in life. Personally, I am already very upset by the realization of this. And I became much more cheerful and happy. But of course you need to go to a psychologist and send it to them

  6. Oh, come on.Look around you.How many poor devils are around. The sick, the crippled, the beggars…But they want to live. They enjoy eating something, getting well, and sometimes just getting drunk enough.Be glad you're alive.

  7. Hello!

I am very sorry that you are going through a period when you don't feel pleasure. Such a state must cause feelings of despair, meaninglessness. Please correct me if you have something else and I chose the wrong words.

You ask how to live if nothing brings you pleasure. It looks like you know what fun is for you? You know how different it is when you can live and find pleasure. Can you remember what it was like for you before? What brought you joy, what you liked, what you did and how you lived when it wasn't like this?

When did you stop feeling the pleasure that was lost in your life? What effects did this have on you, your relationships, and your studies/work? How do you like these effects?

I think it's important to understand what you would like now instead of such a life? You probably already made attempts to fix something. At least you definitely wrote here.

Sometimes problems come to life. What happens to you can also be called the influence of a certain problem. Maybe you even have some name for it, an image?

Problems make us feel things that don't suit us, and they “take over” our lives. They often seem unsolvable, but you can reduce the impact of the problem on our lives. Sometimes, we need helpers in this. Who would you like to invite as an assistant? What would you like to do in response to the problem? What does the problem convince you of, and what do you disagree with it about?

I feel that I can't fully answer your question, because I want to know some of your answers, more context. But I hope that my questions will somehow affect your well-being.

I would like to wish you not to leave yourself alone with what you feel. Take care of yourself, attract loved ones you trust, go to a psychologist if possible. You can also call the psychological support hotlines. I hope that something will suit you and that feelings of displeasure will lessen their impact on you, your life, and your values.

  8. Learn to be happy. Learn to be grateful. Learn to love, respect, and appreciate. Learn to enjoy. Learn to be friends. Learn to communicate. Learn to live.

  9. Yes, nothing complicated. Go to the carpenter who makes coffins. Pay the undertaker a day's salary for an hour, and rent from him to lie in a coffin, under the lid. He has money, you have a whole hour to rest and think. Or to a psychologist.

  10. With age, many things in life lose their meaning. It's getting downright boring. I believe that this is a normal process when the very “fairy tale” does not want to be implemented. In this case, the solution is to occupy yourself. Anything, try everything. Take time to avoid thinking that life is losing its meaning. Probably everyone had a dream, maybe it's time to realize it, maybe you dreamed of starting playing tennis, at such moments-it's time. And if you get bored, take on a new activity

  11. My soul is filled with the wreckage of my absurd life

So it wanders there in the dark breaking into blood and spray

Let me live without despair and see the light even in a thread

Otherwise, why was I given this absurd life?

I tried, I really tried, and I loved everyone as much as I could

I gave everything I had, but I couldn't save anyone.

I'm 66 and I'm all alone, so what else can I be happy about? I can't find it.

  12. It is possible and necessary to cling to all the pleasures that life takes away from us over the years. But there is another way. It is simple and interesting. Try it, look for something else-it's not hard! But this other thing can change your life so much that you will enjoy life!

  13. In fact, the answer is determined by age. If nothing brings in 20 or 30 years, then you need to look for external help. If at 55 or 60, it means that all the pleasures have already been passed and, in general, a person lives beyond natural biological boundaries, i.e. nothing should bring pleasure.

  14. Strange question! Life is a moment between the past and the future ! The person who asks it is stuck in this gap because of laziness of mind; the desire to exist at the expense of someone; lack of elementary responsibility to loved ones.

  15. Who ever told you that life should be fun? Who told you that you were born to be happy? This is a chimera and cliches. Remember-life must be overcome, endured, experienced. It always has been and always will be. Human life is a chain of sufferings and troubles. And more happy is the one who has these troubles and misfortunes in his lifetime will be less. Any objections?” Read A. Schopenhauer. He has all the answers. Otherwise, you'll still be looking for pleasure. All pleasure and enjoyment must be sought in oneself, not outwardly.

  16. CHANGE YOUR LIFE. I had periods in my life when nothing in my life made me happy anymore and I didn't even want to live. But I pulled myself together, put on my sneakers and started running, running every evening until I was exhausted for 3-5 km, despite the rain, snow or wind. After a week or two, I already felt 10 years younger, although my muscles ached, but it was a pleasant pain, my appetite and desire to live returned to me. I do not know how this is connected, but I began to feel more confident and found a new job with a good PO. I am 47 years old, but I have so much energy that I am ready to move mountains.

  17. It's boring because there's no future, no confidence in the future,no fucking good stuff at all .that's why people are just tired of everything and even scared, complete hopelessness and moreover age has nothing to do with it this is the state of our country, a DEAD END

  18. Previously, during the dark period of stagnation, when there was no money, Estonian fat sausage at 2.50 (this is not a nationality, but a variety) seemed to be a delicacy. Everything was delicious. And now, when you go to the store, you think hard about what you want. You can buy everything, but it's not clear what to buy. Guys, live as long as you are young, as long as you have an appetite, Then this will not happen again. Especially if there is no health.

  19. It is very difficult to give an answer. The first thing I did was lose weight and clean my body. I remembered myself as a child, which I liked and disliked. Well, I couldn't stand killing animals. I'm a vegetarian now. My body is slowly coming to life. Prettier, started sleeping. Sometimes I'm happy. I think a lot, a lot. When fear arrives, I turn on humor and laugh at myself. Also, I believe in Jesus Christ. I pray, every day it helps. Every day, in every way, I feel better and better. I think I can handle it. Happiness does not come by itself, you have to work hard on all fronts of life. And suffer a lot. I'm at war, fighting for myself. Good luck to you, my precious people!!!

  20. Life is given once, the fact that you live is already a pleasure, you eat, rejoice, laugh, love, grieve, because if you were not there, you would not know all these feelings that fill our lives

  21. Engage in spiritual development.

It is necessary to focus on the development of the spiritual heart (energy structures of the middle dan-chan, anahata chakra). Consciousness, located in this structure of the body, can only live in the emotions of love.

“God is Love” – so taught Jesus Christ. And in order to get closer to the Creator, we must also develop ourselves as love. We are talking about multi-faceted emotions of “heartfelt” love, which are quite possible to arbitrarily produce in yourself by methods of mental self-regulation. You need to learn to live in these emotions all the time.

And it is precisely this doctrine that could unite people, and not the “theology” that knows nothing about God, has lost love, preaches (in fact) drunkenness and national intolerance, and has rejected God's commandment “do not kill!”.

In order to really direct our gaze-the gaze of consciousness-in the direction of God, to strive to merge with Him-we must first find inner peace.

There are different techniques for doing this. You can start with hatha yoga, Chinese dynamic gymnastics tai chi chuan or other similar systems. But the problem is solved radically through the withdrawal of the concentration of consciousness from the head — in anahata, and then the expansion of the spiritual heart beyond the body in the subtle and subtlest spatial dimensions.

It is also important to understand that you need to be able to bring yourself to a state without thoughts, to a state of rest, when the inner attention is always in the chest, where warmth is felt, even if at the beginning it will be barely noticeable, but the longer you keep your attention on the chest during the day, the more palpable you begin to feel your anahata. This should be done not only at a certain time, but always during the day, so that it does not happen outside, learn to keep at least part of your attention on the area inside the chest, on the warm light inside the chest. If we lose our concentration, then we constantly gently return it there, which is why gently and very patiently return your attention to the chest again and again. And achieve in this simple action gradually very gradually continuity throughout the day and even at night, learn to fall asleep and wake up in anahata.
And learn to feel your head in your chest, imagine a smile on your face in it. Learn to look with this head in all directions from the chest.

Concentration is not yet a meditation, but it is very important to master it. After all, this is the vector along which consciousness moves, and where the vector is directed and most importantly where it is held, i.e. attention is held, consciousness moves there.

    The meaning of life.

The essence of everything in the universe is THE EVOLUTION of UNIVERSAL CONSCIOUSNESS

The universal space is populated by living, self-aware energies called souls, spirits, and consciousnesses. Among them, there are small energy “clots”, there are more, there are very large ones. But there is also the largest Consciousness that occupies the entire boundless universal space – this is God the Father, Who is also called the Creator, Jehovah, Yahweh, Sabaoth, Allah, Ishvara, Tao, Primordial Consciousness, Adibudda, etc.

The life of God is an Evolution, i.e. a continuation of the positive development of His Universal Organism.

It is for this very purpose that He creates material worlds in one part of the universe, then in another, and then on the planets suitable for the existence of organic bodies at a given time, settles in the latter insignificant particles of His energy – so that these particles grow and eventually merge into Him, enriching Him with themselves. Their growth begins on the crystal lattices of minerals, continues in the bodies of plants, then animals, then people.

Each of us in our personal evolution has already passed through many incarnations – before getting into the current human body. And now our task is to make every effort to become worthy of Merging with the Creator in His Abode.

Do we now understand how we should love God?

We must make every effort to find our own Divinity and merge with It, as well as help others to do so.

And to Divinity we go through:

developing love for all living beings and for the Creator,

refinement of the self as consciousness in order to master more and more subtle aeons – further and further from hell, closer and closer to the Abode of the Creator,

But there are also special (esoteric) methods of accelerating the quantitative growth of consciousness, which consist in meditative training, especially in combination with special sports loads and at special “places of strength”.

At the same time, it is only necessary to remember that an increase in the size and strength of the gross consciousness will form a devil out of a person and predestine him to a very stable, “stable” life in hell. The value is only the growth of the refined consciousness.

He is Love. We must also become Love, that is the meaning of our life.
