Awake.
Do what seems important (even if impulsivity and emotionality prevent you from doing it).
Go to bed.
Repeat from day to day.

PROFIT. You have lived your life as an impulsive and highly emotional person.
With pleasure😊)
If you are very emotional and impulsive, there may be several reasons for this: a personality trait, a child's survival scenario, a defensive reaction, or…promiscuity.
If this is a personality trait-to be aware of your character, agree that this is a fact. Be more aware of your feelings and your own behavior, learn to quickly reduce the intensity of emotions, first of all-to breathe correctly, to fixate on the exhalation.
If this is a children's scenario, remember the traumatic situation when this scenario appeared (remember in detail, cry, feel sorry for a small child). And mentally rewrite the script to a more adult and effective one. If it doesn't work out on your own, contact a psychologist.
If this is a defensive reaction, analyze what you are protecting so carefully inside yourself, what you are not sure about, and what you feel vulnerable about. Once this becomes obvious, it will be easier to find a way or tools to deal with it.
If it is promiscuity, it is worth evaluating the benefits of such behavior and the price that you really pay for it. As a rule, the price is excessively high. Change your behavior “cheaper” and more efficiently😊
Good luck to you!
Apparently, the first step is to realize your impulsiveness and emotionality. The consequences of impulsivity led to awareness… An impulsive person should always remember about this feature and stop to wait out, counting up to 30-40. Or ask your friends to pull you down and stop you. Emotionality is great for shouting, crying and relieving the accumulated tension. It is bad if a person is impulsively led to some provocations of others.
As the classic said: “tears prove that a person has a heart.” But another classic said: “tears and sentimentality are the reverse side of cynicism.”
