  1. Oh, I understand your problem, I'm like that myself. Often there are people with whom you want to communicate in all possible ways, but they do not share our impulses. The only thing that I realized for myself is that you need to become such people with whom everyone will want to communicate. It's probably weird, but it works. Spend your free time on hobbies, on your own development, and not thinking about why someone doesn't write or call there. And soon you just won't have time to think about it, you won't have time to write/call/meet everyone:)

  2. Damn, I'm sorry, I chose a bad cover. I mean, communication in general. The constant problem is that I really want to communicate with people I like, but sometimes I go too far. And if they don't answer, even though they're online, then I get bored….

  3. Judging by the cover, it means exactly communication in social networks.
If you think it's unproductive to spend time on social media, try making specific time for them. Something like a schedule: for example, at 9: 00 I spend 10 minutes analyzing email, and at 21: 00 I devote an hour to my networks. And disable notifications. The most important people will text you or call you if something happens, but everything else is not fatal and can wait until the evening.
Completely removing yourself from networks is inefficient, I tried it) A lot of useful contacts and sources of information disappear. Yes, and the constant disappearance of a person causes irritation: you want to add him to the business chat of the organizers of the competition, for example, and the person again deleted the account – another attack of the fight against networks attacked. And because of one, excuse me, sheep, you have to pull all these people out of their jobs and studies for a joint brainstorm.
…And, of course, the culprit of the collection does not come.
    Cry of the soul, sorry.
