  1. I very often sleep during the day, it started in the 11th grade and lasted until the 2nd year at uni, I came home after couples / lessons for lunch and immediately went to bed. I woke up in the evening or even closer to night, did all the necessary things, and went to bed closer to morning. But after sleeping an average of 3 hours, I didn't feel very tired in the morning, it was even easier for me to wake up than now, when I sleep for 7-8 hours. But it was still a bad habit, and I decided it was time to stop. I managed it quite easily. At first, I gave myself the installation-to sleep for 2-3 hours and no more, as a result, I woke up not very late (after 7 pm approximately) and managed to get tired enough to go to bed at least in 1-2 nights, for me it is still quite early. Then I'd come home with my couples and I wouldn't sleep at all, and it was really sleepy, but I had to force myself. Every day I wanted to sleep less and less during the day, and I felt better. In the end, I learned not to sleep during the day in a little less than 3 weeks. Such cases.
