  1. No, you don't.
“Feel” – this is for example if your finger is burned, in this case you feel pain. Well, or if you eat ice cream – then you feel sweet and cold.
And when “I am not me, and the carcass is not mine” – this is not a feeling, it is something else.
In fact, this is playing in the mind of a certain idea, and putting some “additions”on this idea. (some people can also tie psychosomatics to the idea, but it's better not to do this, honestly).

The body is still you. No, you are not just the body. But… but this is a complicated thought. Maybe.
I do not know why, but for a completely incomprehensible reason, people often use the conjunction “or”in this question.
Either the body or the mind. Either the mind or the emotions. Either or.
And you need to use the union “and”.
You and the body, and consciousness, and emotions, and all sorts of hormones with ferromones, and something else.
    (about ferromones-it was a joke).
And that's how at first glance this idea is not so difficult, but… but people stubbornly do not want to think about this idea. Maybe because they don't like their own body, and they sublimate their displeasure in this way. Maybe in childhood they were ill with Orthodoxy of the brain, and the very principle of identification with the body causes them disgust. Or maybe there are still 1000 reasons.
(this is also a joke about Orthodoxy. And to be honest, a lot of religions in this regard are a mess… or maybe all of them).
