One Answer

  1. The mind (intelligence) can be developed, but each individual has his own “ceiling”. Partly related to genetics.

Mind is determined by the genotype, its practical implementation in the phenotype (for example, it depends on the presence of sufficient folic acid in the mother's body during pregnancy and on nutrition in childhood), as well as on “training”. If the brain is not exercised, the mind will not develop fully, just as any other potentially available property will not develop without adequate training (load).
