Many things have already been written that I would also mention… Probably the worst thing for me is losing my sight. I just can't imagine how to live in this case, and whether it's worth it at all. And there is also a fear of situations in which nothing depends on me. Here you can already imagine a lot of similar things, from the relatively ordinary to the terrible. And in general, it's scary to live )
I have three main phobias – fear of heights, fear of spiders and fear of stab cutting objects, all sorts of medical needles. I'm especially afraid when they take blood from a vein. Once a doctor told me that I was a gentle boy. Ha ha ha.
I once drowned in my sleep (I just had a dream that I drowned, right up until I passed out). So here's what I felt:
1) I can't pop up, I don't have enough air, what's the problem?
2) I can't pop up at all, time passes, and I start to panic.
3) Heart rate accelerates, oxygen consumption increases, there is not enough air.
4) Panic attack, waving my arms and legs in all directions, wanting someone to knock you out before you inhale water.
5) I open my mouth, draw water, but don't inhale it
6) I inhale water + points 3-5, a spasm and pain of the lungs, larynx begins, water gets stuck in the throat, you can neither spit it out nor get water into the lungs, a terrible condition that lasts 10-20 seconds.
7) Fear turns into hallucinations, the feeling that you are being mentally and physically interrogated by millions of people, disturbing you and tearing you apart.
8) I lose consciousness, fall into the abyss and wake up.
So be afraid! But if I survived, then it's not so much and painful

I think if you do not take into account any physical pain, you can call any psychological diseases, I'm afraid to go crazy, it's scary. Then there is old age, although it is not very correct to talk about old age when you are young. You can also name: Loneliness( and many options), death, hopelessness, and lack of motivation.
Work in the office. You can't achieve anything in life, you can't do anything significant. Die like Junko Furuta, or at the hands of other maniacs like Bandi, Chikatilo, or Spesivtsev. And death from asphyxia. Spend your whole life in one country and get covered in moss.
The things that were written above are very terrible things, and I agree with them.
But I have another fear-to be left alone. Here it is in full. You have lost all your relatives,no other half, no friends. No one at all. You yourself. This is driving me crazy.
We've already written about severe disability here, so I don't see any point in repeating myself. I also don't want to mention things from the category of “burn/be buried alive”, because these are objectively unpleasant phenomena that are not tied to my specific personality. Well, I also have mottephobia, but the question, as I understand it, is not quite about that)
I think my real fear is to die without leaving a trace of being on Earth, because I find the true meaning of life is to stamp my name in history so that future generations can learn that once upon a time, long ago, there was such a person as Theo Dekker)
Oblivion is scary
To get into a situation where you have become disabled, and can not support and maintain yourself. Well, a banal spinal fracture or stroke. I'm even thinking of getting a “don't incubate” tattoo on my chest.
