  1. Unfulfilled dreams

Everyone has dreams, some of them global, others as tiny as a mustard seed. In the face of death, old people worry that many things have remained unfulfilled, melted away, as the years and days they have lived melt away. Often we live with an eye on others. Learn to play the flute? What a stupid thing, the age is wrong, and people will laugh. Make your dreams come true! Start today. If they seem unreasonable to some, it doesn't matter to you, because you are living your own life. Did you dream of getting on ice skates as a child, but you didn't bother to do it until you were fifty? It's not too late. Go to the ice rink and let your dream come true.

    1. Hard work

Older people regret that they worked too hard. The work – home route has remained unchanged for many years. During this time, children grew up, their hair turned gray, and their health went away. And at the moment when the connection between these two words was broken, it turned out that many opportunities had long been missed. Old people understand that they will not meet the dawn with their family, they will not play ball with the children, they will not eat the pie that they made themselves. It was necessary to earn money to buy a wall in the living room, a new carpet or crystal. And only at the end of life it becomes clear that the material component of life is almost worthless.

    1. Hidden feelings

If old people became young, they would stop hiding their feelings. They would confess their love, not be silent when faced with injustice, do not hesitate to express their own opinion and live according to their own attitudes. Unspoken words, hidden emotions lie at the bottom of the soul of the elderly, causing pain and frustration. Taking a relationship to the next level will require more sincerity and honesty. You need to become bolder and be prepared for different reactions from people. Perhaps some friends or acquaintances will disappear from your life, but your development will rise to a higher level.

    1. Lost Friendship

Best memories are associated with friends. But often ties with them are broken, relationships deteriorate, and misunderstandings arise. Old people in their last days often talk about those with whom they spent a fun time, who gave them a sense of need, with whom they laughed until they fell, came up with innocent jokes. Elderly people are reminded by friends of their youth, of happy and long-gone days. Old people regret that they paid too little attention to friendship, allowed small things and stupid omissions to destroy it. Before passing away, the elderly want to see their friends, talk to them, look into their eyes. But, alas, understanding the value of friendship comes too late.

    1. Feeling happy

Every single old man regretted not being happy. But even at the end of their lives, they don't realize that happiness is a conscious choice, a state of mind. Often there is a substitution of concepts, for happiness people take comfort and position in society. At the end of their lives, old people worry that once habits, established ideas, other people's opinions, and pressure from relatives prevented them from making their own choices. They didn't dare change their lives, and the wings on their backs remained folded.
