“How to find yourself?” – this is the # 1 question in the category “ask a psychologist a question” And this is not surprising, we would not be human if we did not strive for self-knowledge😌
But sometimes the process of finding yourself is very painful, and I share three ideas on how to simplify it!
Give yourself 1 year to try out all the ideas that come to mind! The main thing is to do it quickly, because success = number of trials X speed. Write down everything that comes to mind: work in the field of SMM, open your own candle shop, start a blog. Try it and you'll find out what you like and don't like!
Think about who you envy and what about people you admire. Was someone able to promote their blog? Or did your friend start singing? Do you feel energized by it? Then that's what you have the resource for and that's what you really want!
Build a solid foundation for yourself by finding out what your strengths and abilities are. To do this, I recommend that you unpack your identity and reduce the search for yourself from 10 years to 3-4 hours. Sales will open in February.
What's stopping you from finding yourself? Do you need help from a psychologist online or in person? Come to me and I will be happy to help you!

It means accepting yourself for who you are. Accept yourself completely along with your shortcomings. Find your purpose in life and understand that you are a separate independent person. That you're unique. You have your own unique story, unique experiences. You're unique. Accept yourself and put up with all adversities and go where your soul asks. Finding yourself also means listening to yourself, your heart, your soul, or something else. Get rid of social prejudices and stereotypes.
