I don't know exactly if you can call it a phobia, or if paranoia is more appropriate, but for me personally, it's already a phobia.
Before leaving the apartment, I walk around it several times and check if I have turned off everything, from the tap water to the gas stove. The worst part starts later. I close the door and check several times to see if I've closed it. Then I frantically start to wind myself up: did I close the door, turn off the gas, and leave the refrigerator open?
To be honest, I have already taken a video of how I closed the door, etc.
And it all started with the simplest thing: I didn't close the door once. And then she started running.
Once again, this is more like paranoia, but for me it's already a PHOBIA!
Acrophobia – fear of heights.
Nyctophobia – fear of the dark.
Homophobia is an aversion to being gay.
Nomophobia – fear of being left without a phone or phone connection.
Agraphobia – fear of being raped.
Algophobia – fear of experiencing pain.
Atihiphobia – fear of making a mistake.
Kinophobia – fear of dogs.
Claustrophobia – fear of confined spaces.
Gymnophobia — fear of nudity.
Tocophobia – fear of getting pregnant.
Taphophobia – a panic fear of being buried alive.
Yes, a whole bunch! From the most harmless to those that interfere with a full life. I'll write about the ones that come to mind, otherwise the list will be too long if you write about all of them at once. I don't know if these are phobias or not – just fears:
All, gave birth)Basically, that's all, sort of.
I'm very afraid of heights. For example, when I look out of the window of the fifth floor, it seems to me that everything is 9 there and my knees start shaking terribly.
I'm afraid of heights – I start to feel sick, dizzy, pre-fainting.
I'm afraid of speeds above 80 km / h – arrhythmia, blood pressure rises, often everything ends in a heart attack.
But the most phobic phobia is the fear of an earthquake, after the Sochi 12th year, I couldn't sleep for a week, I had nightmares for a couple of years, I had to be treated by a psychotherapist and I'm still afraid.
The most terrible fear is the fear of “loneliness,” other phobias are easier to cope with than with this one, I try to fight it with all my strength, there's no one here.
I used to hate looking at naked bodies. Seeing them in real life or in works of art is not particularly important. This caused feelings of embarrassment, shame, and disgust. This gradually developed into a phobia, and sometimes even paranoia.
But over time, I began to look at it completely differently: the bodies no longer seemed indecent to me. I learned to see in them the natural beauty, and in absolutely all bodies.
All that I will list now is not just small fears, but real phobias. Some of the above sometimes cause the same fear that “the soul goes to the heels” and
” cold on the back “
Well, that's all, basically.
