Many successful artists, musicians and poets say that the muse comes to them when they feel destroyed. Gloom and melancholy, that's what brings real inspiration. People rarely create from a good life. But being up to the shin in “problems”, the body asks for a splash of accumulated feelings. Oleg Gruz, for example, says that he successfully writes when he is unloved. When he is in a relationship, then nothing is written.
Or you can train the purely technical part of a task that doesn't have inspiration. That is, let's say you are drawing and don't know what else to draw – do all sorts of exercises for chiaroscuro and perspective on cubes, cylinders; read literature, textbooks on improving drawing techniques, etc.
Or absorb the information that is actually the “fuel” for creativity – read books, walk around inspiring places, watch pictures with cats, * insert your own*, etc.
After all, the first example will help with the “How?” to do something, and the second with the “What?” to do.
Have you lost your inspiration? It doesn't matter! : D Give yourself a kick in the ass :z The work of more venerable people than you will help you do this. Personally, I immediately want to draw something cool if I'm inspired by someone's work/techniques. If this option doesn't work for you, then you should just think about why you don't want to do something. Usually, when you really want to achieve a result, actions become fast and decisive. Good things are always done quickly, and the thing that leaves you wanting the best results is the thing from the back shelf, where you throw everything away. And yes, don't give up if something doesn't work out. Act-act-act! Any good skill, etc., is the result of hard work, not inspiration! You can't wait for inspiration, because this is generally a guest who may never come to visit your head while you are waiting for a Miracle 😀 Here 😀 Tear and throw no matter what, if you really want something!
Get out of your “comfort zone”. Nothing inspires, because you have already sucked all the inspiration out of everything that surrounds you, or you are just tired of it and bored with the eye. Change the places of walks and gatherings. If you like to travel across the oceans and seas, then go to Kamchatka this time (and vice versa). You are a master of oil painting, so pick up markers and try to work with them. If you work at home all the time, try going outside. Go to a concert of a band that doesn't fit your taste preferences. By the way, such concerts, as for me, are very energizing, their essence is not in the music itself, but in the atmosphere and environment.
