He's hooked you on something, and since you don't know him, your subconscious mind has seized on it and started to finish the image. In psychology, there is such a term – “halo effect”, when people tend to attribute kindness and intelligence to beautiful people. And mystery as such has always been attractive (in reasonable doses, of course)
Well, maybe you have a narrow social circle, and your attention is limited. In this case, you will experience love/sympathy for people you don't know much about. There's nothing wrong with that. 🙂
