If the tears are systematic, it usually means that the brain dramatizes everything up to hysteria in order to “cry out” the problem and supposedly not return to it again. Children's strategy of the nervous system, an echo of the idea of “suffering for salvation”. At the same time, a person is chronically in pain, the very cause of his pain and its source does not go anywhere. He may cry for himself on various occasions, but in reality everything is the same, just a child's strategy does not allow using an adult tool of perception — generalization.
If we are talking about rare bouts of pain that are not systematic at all, but are most appropriate to the circumstances, due to their catastrophic nature, it is strange why the question was asked then. What is happening is realized through emotions and feelings. Reaching the peak point in the form of tears, the nervous system is fully aware of what has happened, no longer needing intense emotions. After realization, only indifference remains. Plus, any severe stress, whether positive or negative, ends with an emotional downturn — the nervous system is resting.
the problem that caused the tears is like a grid that you cut with scissors – your own tears. the whole spectrum of negative emotions “flows away” with them, so humility or indifference comes and you cool down
When a person gives free rein to feelings, in this way he wastes a certain emotional power. If there is a feeling of humility or even indifference, it means that emotional fatigue has come, and the body needs to recover. When they say it will become easier to cry, it really becomes easier from grief or other reasons. The Bible says that when Jesus saw people weeping at the funeral of a man named Lazarus, he felt sorry for them and out of compassion also wept. But as a perfect person, he could control his feelings, and he pulled himself together:
“When Jesus saw her weeping, and the Jews who came with her weeping, he himself was grieved in spirit and was indignant, and said,' Where have you laid him?' They say to Him, ” Lord! go and have a look. Jesus shed tears. But some of them said, ” Could not this man, who opened the eyes of the blind man, have caused this one also not to die?” But Jesus, again grieving inwardly, comes to the tomb. It was a cave, and a stone was lying on it. ” (John 11: 33-38)
Thanks to the fact that Jesus quickly pulled himself together, he was able to ask the Heavenly Father for power, raise the deceased and return him to his family. Then the pain of loss was replaced by joy for everyone present:
“And the dead man came out, wrapped hand and foot in burial cloths, and his face was bound with a handkerchief. Jesus saith unto them, Untie him, and let him go. Then many of the Jews who came to Mary and saw what Jesus did believed in him. ” (John 11: 44,45)
The time will come when people who obey God will no longer have reason to shed tears of grief, because God will wipe away these tears once and for all:
“And God will wipe away every tear from their eyes, and there will be no more death; there will be no more weeping, no more crying, no more sickness, for the former things are past” (Revelation 21:4).
In this way, all people on earth have the Hope of living again. What do you need to do to have the hope of resurrection from the dead? Would you like to know the answer from the Bible?
There are such breathing practices. Holotropic breathwork. During crying, hyperventilation of the lungs occurs. This is a great stress for the body. Well, when this stress stops, there is relief.
