I personally don't like summer very much. in the rest of the year, as a rule, a schoolboy or student (adults do not count, because they are also busy with work in the summer) are busy with their studies, and with the arrival of summer, a huge amount of time is freed up, which needs to be put somewhere and preferably usefully. this is where the whole problem of summer sadness begins. well, if you find something useful for the summer, then you don't need to be sad, and there's no time for it. otherwise, when you are stupidly idle (watching TV shows, playing games, etc.), the same summer sadness comes. you can say that this is a response of your body to a lack of physical or mental activity. well, with the arrival of summer, you begin to notice all the shortcomings and flaws of this world. this is also one of the reasons for summertime sadness.
In my opinion, summer melancholy only increases over the years – while you are at school, you have as many as three months of vacation – and you relax carefree, enjoy; in student years, summer vacation is reduced to at least 2 months (if you do not take into account the possibility of part-time work, etc.), and every year the number of summer days when you can relax carefree is And now you are no longer a student, you are working – and the days fly by…and you sit at work in the summer in a stuffy office and dream: as if for a short time to plunge into childhood, when you could rest all summer… Isn't this a summer melancholy?
For me personally, the reason for such melancholy is in solitude. I want to go to the park with good company and preferably with a girl, but neither one nor the other, and the moment is about to fly away. After all, tomorrow the day after tomorrow again September, working days, and then winter well, the wheel of samsara turns.

Unbearable sadness sets in. Especially when you see crowds of happy people and couples walking around.�
