Secondly, the value of a diploma in Russia has fallen due to the fact that the sign of one of the people with the best education (as it was originally and as it remains in the West, for example)is not enough. it has become an indicator of a person who seems to have an education no worse than most. The reason for this is simple: to get a higher education, in most cases, you do not need either perseverance, interest in the specialty, or the ability to think.
Third, universities often teach in isolation from practice. And the employer, in fact, does not care how good you are, where you studied and what grades you had. He only cares about one thing: you will bring him more or less money than he will spend on you. If the things he judges (including his degree) make him think that you will make more money than he will lose on you, he will hire you. Nothing personal, just business.
