  1. the law, as well as the truth, will be considered all the closer to the ideal, the more subjective interests (ideals) it protects ( reflects). If we are talking about scientific laws, then the fundamental property of scientific concepts is their potential refutability and replacement with newer and better ones.

  2. The law, by its very nature, cannot be ideal for each individual person, since it restricts his actions in some way. Let's say a person wants to rob a bank, but the law forbids it, so the law is not perfect for them. For society, it may be good as a limiter, but from the point of view of wording, there will be difficulties, since, as they say, you will not please everyone, the “ideal” is something that should suit everyone.
