  1. Scientists have proven that basically the development of a child in the womb begins from 3-6 months. At this time, a reaction to stimuli begins to form, which can serve as a minimum criterion for life. Thus, we can say that up to three months the embryo is not yet a person in the full sense. Some experts mark the border between the embryo and a person with the appearance of a” primary strip ” (the formation of the rudiment of nervous tissue – the nerve plate). Therefore, at present, most ethical medical committees suggest that until the 14th day of development, a human embryo should not be called an embryo, but a “preembryo”. Only after 14 days can the embryo be perceived as an individual and must be protected by law.

  2. Well, if the presence of nervous tissue, reflexes, brain and heartbeat are the criteria by which we define a person, then by such criteria, a cow is a person, a chicken is a person. And in general, all other animals are also people.

And if we kill them for food, then we are murderers – after all, we kill people according to the criteria ! And by the way, all these animals have not only a heartbeat, brain and reflexes, but also their experience of life, memory of life, and attachment to life as well as the fear of losing it (which the embryo does not have, whether it is a human embryo or not). Embryo not afraid to die because he has never lived as a man (because he is the embryo, and not man.) Understand, to take the life of an embryo is the same as to take away the sight originally a blind man, or to destroy a hearing aid from a deaf person.

I don't know, but for me an embryo is a living human body, but not a human being. I can equate an embryo with a person in a coma, who will never be conscious again and whose heartbeat is kept only on devices. Yes, such a person in a coma is a human body, and therefore a real brain with reflexes and nervous tissue, but not a person as a separate person/person.

Look at the egg of a hen that has been fertilized! A chick is already developing inside the shell, but it has never yet lived in the consciousness of a living being, “separate from the rest of the world,” because it has never yet hatched. So will you take this embryo for a real chicken, or just live, but, like a plant, unaware of anything, a fetus ????

  3. According to our legislation-two months before giving birth already a person) even a miscarriage at the 28th week, for example, will already be considered the first child to die as a citizen of the Russian Federation

  4. There is only one plane to this question, Alexander, and that is MAN!

Another thing is that a person is not aware of who he really is, so he has to consider this issue from completely different positions, but not from the position of a person as such, that is, from the position of self-awareness.

A child born as a body is, in fact, born as a consciousness without content, tabula rasa. That is, a human cub is born, unlike an animal cub, without any innate or built-in content in the mind, that is, pure. It is assumed that his knowledge resource will be completely built up from the experience and sensory perception of himself and the outside world.

However, immediately after birth, he has to survive a massive attack from society in transmitting the so-called experience of his parents and caregivers, of course with good intentions – to instill in him the skills of consumer consciousness for his survival in the environment inherited from the birth of the body.

Psychologically, this always happens in the only way – by activating the imagination, that is, the ability of consciousness to translate what is seen and heard into images and representations that a person needs to realize himself and the world in his mind.

Everything that the child sees and hears becomes information for him, with which he is forced to be conditioned, since this is his only perceived and comprehended knowledge. It is this knowledge that eventually becomes our only reality. The reality of the mind, which completely takes over the freedom of a consciousness that is not identical to anything, and is able to create an infinite variety of worlds with the help of imagination. In contrast to the only one in which a person is forced, out of unconsciousness to himself, to simply believe.

In other words, by logical thinking of the mind, the freedom of consciousness in us, thanks to which the mind functions, turns into knowledge realized in the mind, which is usually called human consciousness. This should be realized before you need it (knowledge).

If a person understands that he is not so much a creator as this very ability to create, including, first of all, himself, you will have a fascinating journey into the world not so much images and representations of what you are in contact with, but into that true reality of you, from which any creative principle – Consciousness-comes. You will have to find yourself the center of existence, where everything that you can afford comes from, creating the world and yourself.
