If you do not choose a specific country, then somewhere where there is not such a large temperature range as in Ukraine and other countries of the temperate zone(which is already more like a subtropical one). Mild climate and adequate weather conditions are among the first indicators of comfort for me. It is also preferable to have any body of water, whether it is a river (with the possibility of swimming) or the sea, ocean.
If you choose the characteristics for the country, then it would be mandatory to have good funding for science and medicine, as well as a high level of technological progress with the introduction of this technology into the daily life of citizens in order to increase the safety and comfort of the social and cultural aspect of people's lives.
