  1. I don't know exactly if you can call it a phobia, or if paranoia is more appropriate, but for me personally, it's already a phobia.

    Before leaving the apartment, I walk around it several times and check if I have turned off everything, from the tap water to the gas stove. The worst part starts later. I close the door and check several times to see if I've closed it. Then I frantically start to wind myself up: did I close the door, turn off the gas, and leave the refrigerator open?

    To be honest, I have already taken a video of how I closed the door, etc.

    And it all started with the simplest thing: I didn't close the door once. And then she started running.

    Once again, this is more like paranoia, but for me it's already a PHOBIA!

  2. Acrophobia – fear of heights.

    Nyctophobia – fear of the dark.

    Homophobia is an aversion to being gay.

    Nomophobia – fear of being left without a phone or phone connection.

    Agraphobia – fear of being raped.

    Algophobia – fear of experiencing pain.

    Atihiphobia – fear of making a mistake.

    Kinophobia – fear of dogs.

    Claustrophobia – fear of confined spaces.

    Gymnophobia — fear of nudity.

    Tocophobia – fear of getting pregnant.

    Taphophobia – a panic fear of being buried alive.

  3. Yes, a whole bunch! From the most harmless to those that interfere with a full life. I'll write about the ones that come to mind, otherwise the list will be too long if you write about all of them at once. I don't know if these are phobias or not – just fears:

    1. I'm afraid of creeping things and some flying things. Spiders are especially feared. (By the way, I want to fill a spider somewhere😂);
    2. Because of the first point, I'm afraid to go out into nature in the warm season.
    3. I'm afraid to suddenly lose my memory (partially or permanently).
    4. I'm afraid of losing my mind because of some disease.
    5. I'm afraid to live to an old age (60+ for me personally) for the reason specified in paragraph 13;
    6. I am afraid to die before my parents and loved ones, to bring them pain and suffering by leaving;
    7. I'm afraid to survive the death of my family and friends;
    8. I'm afraid of oblivion;
    9. I am hysterically afraid of flying, but I intend to overcome this fear.
    10. Do not use a gas stove or other gas-based appliances.
    11. I'm afraid of encountering fireballs.
    12. I am afraid of my future because of the fear of not doing what I dream of and regret it;
    13. I'm afraid of becoming disabled and unable to self-serve ( I'd rather die).
    14. I'm afraid of disfiguring my face and body as a result of an accident.
    15. I am afraid to cripple the lives of innocent people and, in principle, any life (every life is valuable if it does not bring suffering and cruelty);
    16. I am afraid that my children (possible) may become criminals (murderers, maniacs, perverts, etc.).
    17. I'm afraid to have children for the reason given in point 16;
    18. I'm afraid to die an ugly, stupid, or terrible death.
    19. I'm afraid that something terrible will happen to my loved ones.
    20. I'm afraid to see the pain and torment of other people (because I project it on myself and can't control it), I'm afraid to see someone being stabbed, cut, etc.;
    21. I'm afraid to be near corpses and see death.
    22. I'm afraid of losing my sight.
    23. “It's better not to do it at all than to do it badly/imperfectly” – this is hardly a fear, but rather a perfectionist's rush.
    24. I'm afraid of pain, I'm very afraid.
    25. I'm afraid to be completely alone for a long time.
    26. I'm afraid of crazy people.
    27. I'm afraid to die and, no matter how vanilla it sounds… Okay, this is personal, kek);
    28. I'm afraid of drugs and being around them… (once, as a child, I was even afraid that someone might throw a powder in my backpack on the way);
    29. I'm afraid of heights.
      All, gave birth)Basically, that's all, sort of.
  4. I'm very afraid of heights. For example, when I look out of the window of the fifth floor, it seems to me that everything is 9 there and my knees start shaking terribly.

  5. I'm afraid of heights – I start to feel sick, dizzy, pre-fainting.

    I'm afraid of speeds above 80 km / h – arrhythmia, blood pressure rises, often everything ends in a heart attack.

    But the most phobic phobia is the fear of an earthquake, after the Sochi 12th year, I couldn't sleep for a week, I had nightmares for a couple of years, I had to be treated by a psychotherapist and I'm still afraid.

  6. The most terrible fear is the fear of “loneliness,” other phobias are easier to cope with than with this one, I try to fight it with all my strength, there's no one here.

  7. I used to hate looking at naked bodies. Seeing them in real life or in works of art is not particularly important. This caused feelings of embarrassment, shame, and disgust. This gradually developed into a phobia, and sometimes even paranoia.

    But over time, I began to look at it completely differently: the bodies no longer seemed indecent to me. I learned to see in them the natural beauty, and in absolutely all bodies.

  8. All that I will list now is not just small fears, but real phobias. Some of the above sometimes cause the same fear that “the soul goes to the heels” and
    ” cold on the back “

    • I'm afraid of mannequins
    • loud sounds (fireworks, trains, vacuum cleaners, drills, hammering)
    • I'm terribly afraid of getting lost (I don't know my way around the area at all)
    • I'm afraid that someone will shoot me while drunk (in our city, a taxi driver was recently shot because of political differences, so I was always afraid, now it's not in vain)
    • I'm afraid of the dark (it always seems that someone is following me)
    • I'm afraid to look out of the window at night (I live on the first floor)
    • I'm afraid to go crazy and not understand when it happened and that it happened in principle!
    • start talking to yourself in public
    • fall asleep and not wake up
    • get an incurable disease
    • grow old in body, but not in soul (I'm a little over 20, but my hands are already getting old. I don't understand it and I'm afraid it's happening)
    • die young

    Well, that's all, basically.
