On iOS, I use a regular calendar. There are also reminders and a breakdown into different calendars ( work, home, etc.). But the most important thing is that there is regular synchronization between all Apple devices. I recorded the event on my iPad at home , my iPhone reminded you of it on the road, and my Mac reminded you of it in the office.
I really like the Asana app – it is suitable for both home and business needs, and the free version has enough features for comfortable scheduling and setting deadlines. We use it at work.
