  1. The test of wealth is different from the test of poverty, so it is difficult to compare them.

The former is undoubtedly more pleasant from a practical point of view, and if the believer passes it, he can bring more benefit to others and glory to God. Its danger lies in unnecessary temptations, which will do their best to focus a person on the material component of his life, and not on the spiritual one.

In this sense, the test of poverty is easier, because people in need usually have only one hope – in the Lord. However, they are susceptible to the temptations of envy, greed, and whining, which are also difficult to overcome, especially if their faith is weak.

Perhaps I would say that from the perspective of eternity, it is better for spiritually immature Christians to be poor, and for spiritually strong Christians to be rich.

  2. Poverty is not always a test. By taking material enjoyment away from a person, the Lord can help them look in the right direction. Queen Kunti in her prayers refers to Krsna as “akincana-gocara”, which means”one who is available to people who are devoid of material wealth and dignity.” Yes, it is associated with a certain kind of suffering, but what is temporary earthly suffering compared to eternal bliss? The Lord understands this very well, so His help to us may seem like a curse, but this is only at first glance. It is important to trust God in everything.

And as for wealth-it happens in different ways. Sometimes the Lord wants money to be in the hands of someone who will serve Him with it. And this is a very good opportunity to serve God, it should not be missed, and even more so it should not be abandoned. Provided, of course, that you firmly remember Who this money really belongs to.

  3. In his Word, God said that all evil lies in the love of money. The Apostle Paul wrote that all brothers should work with their own hands. Ill-earned big money “BLOWS THE ROOF OFF”

IT IS EASIER FOR A CAMEL TO GET INTO THE EYE OF A NEEDLE THAN FOR A RICH MAN TO GET INTO THE KINGDOM OF HEAVEN.

    What religion is it in?

In Christianity, this is not considered so:

    Proverbs 30

7 There are two things I ask of you; do not refuse me before I die:

8 Put away vanity and falsehood from me; give me no poverty or riches; feed me with my daily bread,

9 Lest, when I am full, I deny you and say: “Who is the Lord? “and that when I am poor, I may not steal and take the name of my God in vain.
