There are no easy answers to the question of the meaning of life. You will have to choose the path that is closest to your ego. A) Find meaning in the transcendental realms: one can find one's own path and meaning through religion/spiritual practices. B) Find meaning that will be immanent (inherent) in this world: find what you like; reading, computer games, relationships with people, career growth, art.
The second option is more difficult, since it recognizes the lack of original meaning. You will need to make every effort and find your motivation to live and wake up in the morning.
