  1. For me, I see this as a genetic predisposition. This can't be fixed. We need to adapt.

    For half a year of using a modern monitor, my vision has dropped significantly. For a long time I could not understand the reason. His eyes were red, dry, and aching. Only when my vision dropped and my eyes became very sensitive did I begin to notice that I had an intolerance to artificial lighting. Now I can only be in a room with incandescent lamps. After 15 minutes of being in the supermarket – my eyes get blurry. I'm working on an old samsung t200 monitor . I can sit for a very long time. Unfortunately, I don't know what to replace it with yet.

  2. From what I know:

    LED lamps used in lighting have a high intensity of short-wave radiation with high energy of the blue and violet spectra, which are harmful to the visual system. This strain on the eyes can even provoke headaches.
