Most often, my clients showed similar symptoms due to a repressed dislike of people. This happened especially often on public transport. That is, even if they knew intellectually that they didn't like it, they didn't really want to feel it. And when they learned to get in touch with this feeling, the symptoms passed. But just like that, just in public places – I don't even know for sure.
You can't tell right away. But this may be a symptom close to a panic attack – just in such a mild form, anxiety manifests itself. In any case, I believe that if it is connected with public transport, then it is precisely in some fears (realized or not) associated with them.
